(Brown trout 15th March to 6th October) Fly fishing only


Conditions

1. The Brown Trout season is from 15th March to 6th October
2. Fly fishing only using conventional fly rod, reel and line.
3. THIS PERMIT EXCLUDES SPECIFICALLY SALMON AND SEA TROUT, ANY AND ANGLER DISCOVERED TAKING OR ATTEMPTING TO TAKE SUCH FISH WILL RENDER THEMSELVES LIABLE FOR PROSECUTION.
4. THE RETURN ON THIS PERMIT MUST BE COMPLETED AND RETURNED TO THE TICKET ISSUING OFFICE.
5. Minimum takeable size 10 inches, All salmon parr to be carefully unhooked and returned to the water.
6. Fishing is permitted one hour before sunrise to one hour after sunset. NO NIGHT FISHING.
7. This permit is not transferable and must be presented at the request of the authorised personel.
8. No litter, fires, dogs or camping. Gates to be shut and property to be respected.
9. Salmon anglers have superior right of access. Trout anglers to give way.
10. It is the responsibility of the permit holder to report suspected contraventions or incidents of pollution to the appropriate bodies.
11. When wading it is recommended that all freshwater fishers wear a buoyancy aid.
12. Any breach of these conditions will result in the immediate cancellation of this permit and individuals continuing to fish thereafter will render themselves liable to prosecution
